Shipping Policy

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days; International: 10-20 business days. No Shipping on weekend days or Holidays. 

Please keep in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause shipping delays. 

Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provide. We ship with USPS.

USPS FIRST CLASS/USPS LETTER MAIL: Takes up to 7 business days. (This option does not provide any package insurance).

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Takes 1-3 business days. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Takes 1-3 business days A.M delivery. (These listed timeframe starts after our processing time of up to 5 business days). 

Shipping to a P.O. Box?
Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. box addresses, however USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Says Delivered but you didn’t get it?
Use your tracking number contact USPS and try to track the package.

Returns Policy

We don’t offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items.
